Meh, this idea was running through my head last night.
I kept thinking "What if Discord had a kid?"
And, viola! She appeared.

Anyways, her name is Candice. She is an alicorn (she uses a wand to do magic) and her cutie mark (on her shirt) basically implies "no harmony".

Her favorite thing in the entire world is balloons.

She hasn't really mastered causing chaos quite yet, but she gets lots of practice walking around Ponyville while "Daddy" takes care of business.
